The UMES Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology is highly focused around industry applications; our faculty are dedicated to giving students learning experiences that directly translate to industry. With faculty members involved in both research and professional practice and program partnerships with local industries (such as NASA Wallops Island), this is the perfect opportunity for you to become an electrical/electronic engineer. Unlike similar programs, the UMES ETEE degree offers courses with 50% lecture and 50% lab rather than a 3-credit lecture course and 1-credit lab. This means less math and science and more practical application.
